3-pack of 1-hr massages is $210
90 minute massage = $115
3-pack of 90 min massages is $315

Therapeutic Swedish Massage:
During Swedish Massage your therapist applies lotion or oil onto the skin and works it smoothly and slowly over the muscles.  You determine the amount of pressure used.  You may choose a whole body massage or request work on a specific area such as neck and shoulders.  Massage uses relaxing strokes to increase circulation of the blood and lymph in the body and release toxins from the muscles. 
Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST):
Cranial Sacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach to bodywork.  It focuses on the bones of the head, spinal column, sacrum and the underlying structures.  The main objective of this work is to find restrictions in these areas and use specifically designed techniques to release them.  CST is helpful for many things including:

1. Chronic pain, especially in the neck and back
2. Headaches
3. TMJ dysfunction
4. Auditory problems
5. Learning/behavioral disorders in children and adults.

Injury Massage:
The objective of Injury Massage is to identify and work only the specific muscles and structures involved to reduce scar tissue restrictions, increase range of motion and reduce pain and recovery time.  Massage can also reduce stress related to injury or medical condition and speed post-operative recovery.
